Black & Creedon Chartered Surveyors is one of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors in Wales.  The firm was set up by Christopher Black and William Creedon to provide a more personal service to clients.  We work hard to ensure our

Christopher Black BSc (Est Man) MRICS

 

Christopher Black graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and has over 10 years experience advising a variety of clients. He provides detailed strategic advice on lettings, sales and acquisitions to corporate clients, multi-national property companies and local authorities.  Chris has worked previously for Tuckerman Chartered Surveyors and Hillingdon Council in London, and Lambert Smith Hampton in Cardiff.

 

 

 

 

William Creedon BSc (Hons) MRICS

 

William Creedon has a wealth of experience, providing acquisition, disposal and development advice to a wide range of occupiers, developers and investors.  He has extensive market knowledge and has worked for various multi-national firms.  Will graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a property degree, and has previously worked for DTZ Debenham Tie Leung dealing with Offices and Lambert Smith Hampton specialising in Industrial and Retail Agency.
